You Just Signed Up for Canvider ATS. Now What?

Congratulations on taking the first step towards smarter hiring with Canvider ATS! Here are three essential things to do right away to get the most out of your new ATS:

1. Fill Out the Data About Your Company

When the candidates see your job postings, they want to know more about the company they’re applying to. Make sure you have all the information filled out correctly, including:

  • Company name
  • Company logo
  • Company website
  • Company email
  • Company social media links
  • Company description
  • Company location
  • Company industry
  • Company size
  • Company photos

In order to add these stuff, you should go to https://ats.canvider.com/careers-page/workloupe/ and fill out the information. It’s that simple!

Some fields may be disabled for your editing. This is because the information is already set up by the admin. If you see an information that needs replacing and is disabled, please reach out to the admin to change it.

2. Adjust Your Job Posting Preferences

Now that you have your company information set up, You may want to create your first job posting.

However, before you do that, you should adjust your job posting preferences. This will ensure that your job postings are displayed correctly on your careers page.

Go to https://ats.canvider.com/settings/preferences/ and check out the following tabs:

  • Work Schedules - Here, you can adjust the work schedules for your company. An example would be Full Time, Part Time, Contract, Internship, etc.
  • Office Schedules - Here, you can adjust the hiring process for your company. An example would be Remote, Onsite, 2 Days a Week, etc.
  • Locations - Here, you can add the locations where your company is located. An example would be New York, San Francisco, Remote, etc.
  • Departments - Here, you can add the departments within your company. An example would be Engineering, Marketing, Sales, etc.

Once you add relevant information to these tabs, you’re ready to create your first job posting.

Go to https://ats.canvider.com/create/ and create your first job posting.

3. Invite Your Hiring Team

The whole point of using an ATS is to centralize your hiring process and make it easier for your team to collaborate. So, make sure to invite your hiring team to Canvider ATS by going to https://ats.canvider.com/settings/permissions/ click on Invitations.

This will open up a window where you can add the Names, Roles, and Email addresses of your hiring team members.

Within few minutes, They will receive an email with an invitation to join your Canvider ATS account.
